That is very disturbing to many older citizens who are in need of some medical coverage. I do not understand why it should be so difficult for affordable senior health insurance programs to be in place. Our senior citizens have spent their whole lives working for their country, building the industries and family businesses and now when they are at the other end of the scale there is not much in place to help them be able to live comfortably. Low cost senior health insurance is just one part of a larger plan that should be in place to help seniors, but health insurance is of great importance. More and more of the population is aging and passing into that senior stage so there should be more affordable senior health insurance that helps protect their quality of life. But let me point out that low cost senior health insurance should not mean low quality of care. Hopefully as the baby boomers move into the senior stage there will be such an increase in the demand for affordable senior health insurance that more companies will offer better quotes on prices for great coverage.
